A patient can search doctor by Doctor’s partial name,specialization,location,Doctor’s will appear in search only after they are approved by UpkaR admin.

No. Upkar is only for primary care the kind of problems that your family doctor can help you with. Doctors on this can only help you with physical consultation based and appointment-based issues.

04. 70% refund of doctor appointment booking amount if the user cancels bookings for appointments that are scheduled after more than 2 calendar days but less than 7 calendar days, irrespective of booking time.

05. No refund of doctor appointment booking amount if the user cancels bookings of appointments that are scheduled less than 2 calendar days at the time of cancellation irrespective of booking time.

06. No refund in case patient do not turn up to the clinic at schedule time .

07. No refund of fees in case patients cancels the booking is made using “Clinic Tab”

For Doctors

1. 10% doctors cancelation charge if doctor cancels the appointment at booking day .

Usually no fund withdrwal request is required. as the same is on automatic process, where fund gets credit to Doctor’s account on weekly basis,in case there is no issue with receivers bank details. If you need to put a request,the same can be done through registed Email ID(info@upkarassist.org)

You need to visit your profile on app and check the status of your KYC under your profile. You may need to upload your Govt issued identity proof here and wait for admin reply for further proceedings. You can also send Email / Message to admin through help screen on the app or website ( https://upkarassist.org), Email ID : info@upkarassist.org

Users can pay through upkar’s payment gateway through different kinds of payment methods like Net banking, Credit card, Debit card, E wallet, UPI app, UPI ID etc.

Once you are an approved doctor, you need to keep logged in to app on your device. When there is an appointment, you will get notification on your mobile if you are already logged in on the app. You can also check appointment under appointment in your UpkaR app. Once you have an appointment in your schedule on UpkaR, you can click on Account then my booking view the appointment details etc. You have to click on “i am in” when you are at your clinic to attend the patients.

You can complete your registration on mobile app. But online prescription facility is only available at web dashboard.The user ID and password for web dashboard is same as your mobile app user ID and password.

It is a SIX digit auto generated number available after your doctor’s appointment is confirmed. This number shall be asked by doctor during visit.

OTP is a security protection mechanism to prevent misused and spamming of your UpkaR accounts.

It is not applicable for doctors.

Patients QR code is an Unique Quick Response code which is your medical vault. All your medical Record/history is linked with this UpkaR QR code. Doctors can scan your QR code from his app to find all your medical history, in case you forget to carry physical prescription/reports. Click on ‘Account’ Available on home page to get the UpkaR QR code.

It is not applicable for doctors

Upkar ID is an unique patient identification number of format “U*(Your 10 digit mobile number)”ware * is an alphabet eg.UM90xxxxxxx23. All your medical Record/History is linked with this UpkaR I’D. which is required during doctors visit. Click on ‘Account’ Available on home page to get the upkar I’D.

1. Click on “Don’t Have an Account? Create an account” then insert your mobile number (please fill your 10-digit mobile number) for OTP verification

2. Choose “Doctor Profile” to register as Doctor(don’t choose Patient profile if you are registering as Doctor)

3. Fill your basic details (Medical council registration number to be filled carefully)

4. Accept terms and conditions and privacy policy

5. “Sign Up”

6. Fill security question and “Submit”

7. Upload your medical Degree Certificate and any Govt issued ID card (KYC requirement)

8. Wait For Admin KYC Approval (Generally takes 24 hr). You shallbe able to schedule your Chamber detail as an Doctor only after admin KYC approval.

9. You will get KYC approval notification after you are approved as doctor by UpkaR

10. You Will Get Notification After You Are Approved As Doctor On Upkar and now you are ready To Get Online Appointments And Provide Consultation

11. After Doctor Login, Complete Your Consultation Details, Daily Chamber Timings, Bank Account Information.

2. You can retrieve your account using “Mobile Verification” or “Security Question” option.

a. Enter your mobile no and verify using OTP (incase mobile no not registered please follow new account creation instruction)

b. Enter your new password and you are ready to use UpkaR for Doctor’s appointment. Security Question option (this is active only in case your Security Questions are preinstalled by you)

c. Answer simple questions about yourself (already feed by you)

d. Enter your new password and you are ready to use UpkaR for Doctor’s appointment.

If your number is already registered; then use your mobile number as user ID and password (already created by you during account creation) to login to UpkaR.

2. Enter your Booking ID or your 10-digit mobile number, then click Search.

3. Select your booking from the list and click View / Print.

4. Click Download to save the Receipt.
