•   1. 100% Refund - Doctor cancels the appointment within scheduled visit time.
•   2. 100% Refund - Patient cancels booking within 24 hours of scheduled visit time.
•   3. 90% Refund - Patient cancels the appointment between 90 minutes and 24 hours before the scheduled visit time.
•   4. No Refund - Patient cancels the booking within 90 minutes of scheduled visit time.
